New blog, same as the old one…
So, I finally did it. I've long wanted to do something about this blog, to try and push a better design on it and generally trim everything.
I wanted to try something new and challenging, so now I've rebuilt my blog with Django Mingus.
Building stuff with Django tends to be a lot of fun. I have quite a few ideas that I'd like to try out, so you may see some of my work moving into Mingus.

Looks cool. Design looks similar to montylounge but still a very clean and accessible layout. Good one.

Yeah, I haven't done much with the design besides changing the colours – I hope to be able make Mingus more themeable, currently all the “theming” support we have is altering the CSS file :)

Great job with Django-Mingus and thanks for all your feedback on the mingus project. The site looks great!
@yassh the reason I provided 5 different "themes" and made the CSS clean and clear to customize is so users could do just like you did - update the styles without much work to create a different color theme. It makes it easier to focus on the writing and less about customizing the the theme if you don't won't to :)
